    Q: Who and what is TEEMA?

    A: TEEMA is a recruitment organization in Canada & USA. Our purpose is to bring great people together to live better. We bridge the gap between working at a traditional agency and running one on your own.

    Q: Is TEEMA proven and stable?

    Q: If I become a TEEMA Member, do I become an employee of TEEMA?

    A: No. You must incorporate (single-member LLC, LLC, S Corp, P Corp, or C Corp), as we are a business-to-business (B2B) organization where our legal vendors are deeply valued community Members.

    Q: If I become a TEEMA Member, am I all on my own or who will be there to help me?

    A: No. You will discover what Membership means, how we’re set up and the various paths to success with a Partner before you join us. Then you will be on that Partner’s team and they will mentor and guide your journey with us, but success is still up to you. The power of TEEMA is the ability to partner up with members to earn more than ever with a better lifestyle.

    Q: Do I need 5-10 years of experience as a recruiter before joining TEEMA?

    A: Yes, generally speaking, you should bring clear and sustained success in agency recruitment for at least 3-5 years. Further, we consider what different types of business and how many different Clients and models of delivery you have been exposed to. We want to ensure you have some perspective and understand how to adjust and apply your skills to the various business and Client types available to you here.
