TEEMA will provide you with experienced and effective EHR/EMR trainers. We will work with you to determine the scope of your need – whether trainers will be involved in the pre or post – Go Live system set up, design training materials and lesson plans, facilitate facility leadership meetings or simply to provide pre or post – Go Live support on issues such as troubleshooting workflow problems, and refresher training.

Activation Support

TEEMA is positioned to supply you with a specialized team of consultants of any size to provide Go Live support. We emphasis the consultant or super-user has clinical and IT quality experience. We work closely to achieve cost savings through effective scheduling, reduced back end expenses such as transportation, and housing. All levels of preparation are considered to ensure a cost effective smooth transition to your new or updated system.

We are successful in delivering a group that supports your facility’s goals, workflow, and best-practice model. Our consultants are prepared for training at any level of understanding and will compliment your internal team.

As needed, our Team Leads are efficient at providing scheduling assistance, project issue support, resource management and continuous improvement throughout the Go Live period.
